I honestly think the thing I'm most excited about in owning a home is having guests stay the night. Also being able to paint every single wall blinding white. But really, once I get a house I might demand that my little brother spend the night just so I can bake cookies and put out an extra blanket for him.

I housesat for some friends this winter and my favorite thing about the whole weekend was the gorgeous carafe by my bed. I'm not a middle-of-the-night drinker but I had a few sips before bed just to use it! And with a built in glass, genius.
