Mister and I have extended a challenge to each other: getting healthy over the semester. But to add some umph into it we put some prizes behind it.

We haven't decided how to determine who is the winner since we have different things we need to do to get healthy (I already gave up sweets... so sad right?) but those goals are enough to motivate me to do anything!

Here's to getting healthy.
